Forms are made of pure cellulose paper, suitable for use as baking forms and as packaging for the final product.
Resistant to grease and temperatures from –40°C to +220°C.
Can be used in conventional ovens, microwave ovens and freezers. The side is printed with grease and alcohol resistant ink. All materials used (paper - glue - inks) are specifically approved for use with food products.
STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
Base - With micro-perforations to eliminate excess moisture during baking; made of 140 g/m2 micro-corrugated paper with external corrugation obtained by laminating two smooth strips of 60 g/m2.
Side - Made of flat calendered paper 95 and/or 115 g/m2 with micro-perforations.
