PAPER BAKING FORM
GENERAL TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The forms are made of pure cellulose paper, suitable for
use as baking forms and as packaging for the final product.
Resistant to grease and temperatures from –40°C to +220°C.
Can be used in conventional ovens, microwave ovens and freezers.
The side is printed with grease and alcohol resistant ink.
All materials used (paper - glue - inks) are specifically approved for use with food products.
STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
Base - With microperforations to eliminate excess moisture
during baking; made of microcorrugated paper 140 g/m2
with external corrugation obtained by laminating two
smooth strips of 60 g/m2.
Side - Made of micro-corrugated paper 140 g/m2 with internal corrugation obtained by laminating two smooth strips of 60 g/m2 or of flat calendered paper 95 and/or 115 g/m2 with microperforations.
STANDARD / CUSTOM PRODUCTION
Size - Dimensions are standard.
Height can be customized for any diameter within a minimum - maximum range.
